The Problem
We’ve worked with this client for a while and she was ready to have her biggest and best Black Friday Sale ever. She’s in a niche industry with not a lot of room to have a massive discount so we had to be clever about how to reach the right people as our offer couldn’t be as good as others, there was no room for a 70% off sale here.
The Solution
We knew that they were capable of getting solid results from their organic socials and email marketing. What we needed to focus on was reaching new people and working on exposure for those customers that have experienced the brand, working with the organic and email strategies.
We built out engagement based campaigns to build awareness and excitement (and an audience we could retarget), we built out a lead gen campaign to be able to do a pre-launch of the sale, as well as built out the funnel for their sale covering both cold and warm audience all to get ready to go.
And we uploaded all our creative a week in advance, Meta will often crash in the days and hours leading up to it, so we like to be prepared and avoid any unnecessary heartaches.
The Results
The results were fantastic, and we learnt so much for future years. After all the hype and list building did it’s job, the sale itself generated over $96k in sales for the Black Friday period with a cost per purchase of just $7 and a whopping 12.95x ROAS!
We learnt so many lessons, ready to scale even further in following years.
