If you haven’t already, you can start by answering these questions:
- What do you want to achieve this year? Be specific – Do you want 5 new clients or 5,000? or maybe you want to increase your sales revenue of existing clients by 25%
- What actions do you need to take to achieve these? Who will be accountable for these actions? Do you have someone in-house or do you need external assistance?

When you have a plan you are much more likely to achieve success, especially in the marketing world. As much as we would like marketing to be an exact science, it isn’t.
