Have you gone from being billed every $1000, $2000, or $500 on Facebook to getting billed in $9 increments? You’re not alone. Unfortunately, it’s a known Facebook glitch and a nightmare for whoever does your bank reconciliation!
Thankfully Facebook has a dedicated support team for billing, they just like to hide things so it may not be immediately obvious where to find help.
Head to your Ads Manager, and then the Billings page, and click Payment Settings.
If you scroll to the very bottom of the page, you’ll find this TEENY TINY contact us button in the bottom right.
Click that Contact Us button and fill out the form explaining the issue. You will likely get an automated response back explaining the billing thresholds and how they work, but at the bottom of that message, there will be a ‘reopen case’ button. Select that and send a message further explaining the problem.
It may take a day or two, but Facebook will get back to you and resolve the issue.
